We jetted off today to Las Vegas for our honeymoon. It was the first time to Vegas for both of us, so we were excited about going there.
We stayed at the very nice Desert Rose Resort, which is located just a block from the Vegas Strip and is next to the Tropicana Hotel.
We saw shows including "Marriage Can Be Murder," where we got to participate in an interactive who-dunnit? murder mystery (fun!) (see pic above) and The Tournament of Kings at Excalibur. We also visited Hoover Dam and drove north of Vegas to hike to Turtlehead Peak in the Sandstone Canyon area.
And we wagered some money, too, with Jacque doing especially well at roulette. Lots of good food to eat, too. And of course, we were on our honeymoon. ;-).
